Shipping & Costs

We ship anywhere in the world, except the United States of America (U.S.A.).  Items will be shipped out within 3 - 5  business days from Melbourne, Australia by standard mail (national orders) or Air-Mail (international orders).

Delivery time is approximately 1-5 business days to Australian Destinations.  For international orders the delivery time is between 7 - 12 business days.

Our postage and handling charges vary for each destination.  You can use the postage calculator to assist you with determining your cost.

We accept payments made via Paypal (credit card payments), as well as direct bank deposit.

Items will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days after payment is received and identified.

Terms and Conditions

Buyers are responsible for additional VAT charges, GST charges, Customs fees, and duty for importation (if any).  We ONLY handle the shipping to you.

We do not accept responsiblity for lost, damaged or stolen items, so please consider purchasing insurance.

We will provide a refund in the case of a defective product.  Please return the product, with the original packaging, and we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.
